The month began with the news Uwe Rösler left as manager to join Wigan Athletic, with Sporting Director Mark Warburton appointed in his place.
Mark appointed David Weir as his Assistant Manager on December 16.
His tenure began with four successive wins in the month, over Oldham Athletic, Preston North End, Swindon Town and Milton Keynes Dons.
