Mark Warburton was named the Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Month this morning after guiding The Bees to five straight league wins in November.
The Bees boss beat off competition from Neil Lennon, Mick McCarthy and Gary Rowett for the award, the second Manager of the Month award he has picked up in 12 months.
