With both Norwich City and Brentford out of the FA Cup, the Sky Bet Championship game between the sides later this month will, subject to any unforeseen reason, go ahead as planned.
The Bees are due to travel to Norwich on Saturday January 24.
The game, which will kick off at 3pm, is on FA Cup Fourth Round day but with Brentford losing to Brighton and Hove Albion yesterday and Norwich falling to defeat at Preston North End at the same time, there is no need to alter it.
The Club expect to receive tickets in the next few days and an announcement will be made about sales shortly.
Brentford will be looking to avenge a 3-0 defeat to Norwich at Griffin Park.
It will be Brentford’s first visit to Carrow Road since January 2010 and The Bees will be looking for a league win in Norfolk for the first time since April 1929.
Brentford supporters making plans for future matches should note FA Cup Fifth Round day is February 15 and Charlton Athletic, who host The Bees on that day, are also out.
Ipswich Town and Bolton Wanderers, who are scheduled to play Brentford on FA Cup Sixth Round and Semi-Final weekends, are still in the competition.
