Brentford's Northern Irish pair of Stuart Dallas and Will Grigg will take part in an international friendly match against Qatar at Crewe Alexandra's Gresty Road today. The Northern Ireland squad have been training at Manchester City's Etihad Campus since Wednesday in preparation for this afternoon's game, which kicks off at 5pm.
24-year-old winger Stuart will be hoping to add to his three international caps after a fine season in the Sky Bet Championship with The Bees. The Cookstown-born midfielder scored eight goals in 45 appearances for Mark Warburton's side as they made it to the Championship Play-Offs in their first season back in the second tier. Since joining Brentford from Northern Irish side Crusaders in 2012 Stuart has made 75 appearances scoring ten goals.
He is joined in the Northern Ireland squad by Will Grigg who has six caps for Northern Ireland since making his debut in 2012. Will spent last season on loan with Milton Keynes Dons and helped them earn promotion to the Sky Bet Championship. He scored 20 goals in 31 league starts for the Buckinghamshire side as they finished second behind Bristol City to gain promotion.
