Brentford’s Sky Bet Championship game against Hull City will now be played on Tuesday 26 April. The game was due to be played last night – Tuesday 8 March – but was shifted due to Hull’s Emirates FA Cup commitments. Hull played Arsenal in a Fifth Round Replay yesterday, meaning Brentford’s game at the KC Stadium had to be pushed back.
Hull were defeated by The Gunners, and now they are out of the FA Cup the date of the league game can be confirmed. It will now be Brentford’s penultimate away match of the season and last Tuesday fixture of the campaign. The game will kick-off at 7.45pm.
Brentford FC would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused to fans by the change, which was completely out of the Club’s hands. Tickets for the match are on sale now and any already purchased will be valid for the rearranged contest. Any fans wanting refunds should contact the Brentford FC Ticket Office.
