There was one win and one defeat for the Brentford Youth Alliance Teams last Wednesday in the Football Conference Youth Alliance.
As part of a new partnership between Brentford's Academy and West Thames College two Brentford sides have been entered in the Football Conference Youth Alliance this season.
The Alliance is the biggest Youth League in the country with Youth Teams from professional, non-league and Trust Partnerships all competiting against each other is a series of regional leagues.
The Bees have two sides entered this season with The Griffins, who play in the London and South East Division falling to only their second league defeat of the season last week.
The Griffins lost 3-2 at home to unbeaten League Leaders Chesham United with Noah Amissah and Tommy Cooney on the score-sheet.
Wednesday's goal was Noah's seventh goals in seven games for the Griffins which leaves him joint top of the league scoring charts.
The result leaves The Griffins seventh in the table ahead of this week's match against Watford Hertswood.
Brentford's other side, The Bees, had better fortunes as they won 3-1 away at Oxford City.
It was only their second win of the season and lifts them off the bottom, at the expense of Queens Park Rangers' Trust, ahead of this weeks home game against Oxford United.
