They recorded a 2-1 victory over CSKA Moscow earlier.
It was a result that they thoroughly deserved after dominating the game.
Only a mistake by the keeper gave the Russians half a chance of stealing a result but The Bees' defence stood firm.
The day started early with breakfast at 8.30am.
The food in the hotel has been excellent - providing a healthy and nutrious meal for the team and staff.
Breakfast has consisted of an option of toast, eggs, beans, porridge, cereal and fruit.
After breakfast Danny Buck gave his final team talk before Luke Stopforth showed a motivational video before the players set off for the Showground in Ballymena.
After the victory earlier today the Bees travelled back to base which was a journey of an hour.
The boys had lunch at 3.30pm before undertaking their hydration tests.
Due to today's kick off time, it was not possible to carry out the hydration tests earlier as it would not offered a true reflection of their hydration levels prior to the game.
In an ideal world these tests would be carried within three hours of kick off but also a few hours after the players had been awake.
Steve Hockham had to attend to any players who any niggles or injuries and James Purdue carried out his daily clinic which helps players with their muscle recovery.
A team meeting was carried out where the players discussed their performance from earlier today before having dinner and team building activities before lights went out at 9.45pm.
Ose Aibangee, Director of Youth Development, has been delighted with his side's performances so far.
"It's been a good few days here in Northern Ireland with Brentford getting two victories from the opening two games," he said.
"Both games have been different but it's great to get through with six points.
"Everton will be favourites tomorrow as they have had an established Youth Development programme for the last 15 years.
"They have been producing quality players for a long time so that will be a difficult task for us.
"It will be a great opportunity to see how far we have come as an Academy in a short space of time.
"Today's result highlights the concern I have with Youth Development football.
"It's generally gauged on how good your first team is getting on.
"For example, CSKA Moscow are in the Champions League and will be perceived to have a much better Youth Development programme than Brentford's because of the first team.
"It's our third year in the competition.
"We didn't do very well in our first year, although we didn't expect to do well as the new programme was in its infancy.
"We finished in 22nd position.
"Last season we finished in sixth position so it was a massive improvement and full credit must go to all the players and staff.
"This year we are trying to improve although the draw hasn't been too kind to us.
"We have had some difficult ties facing County Londonderry and CSKA Moscow today.
"It will be difficult but we will do our best to improve ourselves.
"It's similar in England where teams playing in the Premier and Champions League will have a better Youth Development programme than a team that is in League 1 or 2.
"Today's game shows that this is not always the case.
"Today's game shows that you do not need to have millions of pounds in the bank to have a successful Youth Development programme."
Tomorrow the Bees face Everton.
Everton are currently unbeaten having beaten County Down 2-1 on Saturday and Cruz Azul 6-0 earlier today.
