Two teams, two Semi-Finals and, hopefully, two wins: that was the equation as The Bees' Milk Cup squads sat down to breakfast on Thursday morning.
With both sides playing in the mid-afternoon it was a slightly later start for the group before the usual pre-match routine of analysis, physio work and meetings.
There are a lot of people who have done a lot of work to help The Bees progress at this tournament but a special mention must be made for analyst Xarius Desai.
Always the first one up and last to bed Xarius's videos and clips are vital to the coaching staff and he has worked an incredible number of hours this week making sure the coaches and players are as well prepared as they can be.
The Under-17s were playing slightly further away than the Under-15s and, as they left the hostel, the younger age group gave them a great reception ahead of their game against Club America.
The older age group made the trip to Limavady while the younger group made the shorter trip to Coleraine to play Scottish giants Rangers.
As the younger group arrived in Coleraine the heavens opened but, in true Irish fashion, after a 20 minute downpour the clouds parted and the warm-ups were completed in bright sunshine.
A great crowd turned out to watch the Under-15s, although, out of a crowd of 600 you could count the number who wanted Brentford to win on the fingers of two hands.
It was a great experience for the group to play in such an atmosphere and they handled the day fantastically to run out 3-0 winners and set up a final against Southampton on Friday.
As the Under-15s play 30 minute halves and the Under-17s play 35 minute halves there was a slight delay to the end of the Under-17s game.
Twitter feeds were refreshed and it looked promising as The Bees led 4-2 going into the final few minutes.
However, the tweets nobody wanted to see started to come through as Club America made it 4-3 and then 4-4 in the dying seconds.
So on the penalties and there is nothing more nerve-wracking than following a penalty shoot-out via Twitter.
With the coaching staff huddled round a phone nervous for news the words 'Bees score' and 'Club America miss' were what we wanted to see.
After 14 penalties The Bees missed the decisive one and when Club America scored their 8th kick to win, the mood was, in the words of one coach 'flatter than a snake's belly.'
Both sides then met up to go to a local pool for another recovery session.
It really is testament to the work of the medical and sports science staff, but also to the dedication of the players, that, after four games in four days, both squads are virtually fully-fit and still able to play in the Brentford way.
The mood amongst the Under-17s was low after their defeat but they were lifted by the excitement of the Under-15s ahead of their Final against Southampton.
With such a late end to the day Brentford's Got Talent was postponed for 24 hours to Friday night to make sure the players were as prepared as they could be for Finals Day.
After lights-out the coaching staff made their plans for the final busy day in Northern Ireland and one that will hopefully bring a trophy back to Jersey Road.
