The nearest railway station to Villa Park is Witton, which is approximately a five-minute walk from the stadium.

Local travel to the stadium
Supporters arriving into Birmingham New Street can take a train to Witton, the nearest station to the away section of Villa Park (the Doug Ellis Stand on Witton Lane). Services run approximately every 30 minutes, and the journey takes around 10 minutes.
Bus services 7, 11A, 11C, 65 and 67 also stop within walking distance of the stadium.
A matchday shuttle bus operates between Birmingham New Street Station (Dudley Street) and Villa Park for both home and away supporters. Return tickets cost £5 and can be purchased from the driver by cash or card.

By car
Supporters travelling by car are advised to plan their journey in advance and allow additional time for matchday traffic around Villa Park.
Parking restrictions operate in the residential areas surrounding the stadium and supporters should ensure they park in designated areas only.
Arriving at the stadium
Away seats are located in the Doug Ellis Stand at Villa Park.
Turnstiles typically open around 90 minutes before kick-off and supporters are encouraged to arrive in plenty of time to complete any ticket checks and security screening before entering the ground.
Supporters should note that major construction works are currently taking place around the North Stand, Club Shop and Fan Zone area of Villa Park. Temporary arrangements may be in place around the stadium and supporters are encouraged to allow extra time when travelling to and entering the ground.
Bag policy
Supporters are advised to travel light where possible. Aston Villa operates a stadium-wide bag policy, and all bags are subject to security screening on entry.
Only bags no larger than A4 size (297mm x 210mm) are permitted into Villa Park and all bags will be examined by a steward before entry. Supporters carrying a bag should allow extra time for security screening.
