After seven seasons in the EFL, Paul Tierney was added to the Select Group of Premier League referees in March 2016 and was in charge of last season's Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Semi-Final First Leg between Huddersfield Town and Sheffield Wednesday.
The Bees record when he has officiated is good with two wins, two draws, and just one defeat from five previous encounters. He was most recently in charge of our 2-0 win at Molineux against Wolverhampton Wanderers in October 2015.
This season he has shown nine yellow cards in four matches across the Premier League, Championship, and League Two.
