Season Ticket Holders and Club Members can collect Loyalty Rewards and Ticket Access Points (TAP) and be rewarded for their loyalty.
Tickets Access Points are earned through both home and away ticket purchases – Season Ticket Holders and Members must attend home matches to gain those Ticket Access Points*. TAP cannot be redeemed but they come into play when tickets are limited such as our away game against QPR.
Loyalty Rewards are generated from spending on identified products and services. At the moment, Rewards are available at the Club Shop and on selected Match Tickets. Season Ticket holders will receive 10 Rewards for every £1 spent on Brentford FC Merchandise while Club Members 3 for every £1. Save on your orders at the Club Shop by redeeming your Rewards, either online or in store. 1 Reward = 1 Penny. Our Ticket Office will offer Loyalty Rewards on selected matches throughout the season with the amount to be determined at the time of offer.
