Season Ticket Holders have already started to collect their Loyalty Rewards and are now able to redeem these both at the Stadium and Online Shops. Loyalty Rewards are available to Season Ticket Holders on their retail purchases. For every £1 a Season Ticket Holder spends in the Stadium Shop or Online Shop, they’ll earn ten Rewards. Each Reward is worth one pence when redeemed.
If you’re a Season Ticket Holder all you need to do is ensure your new Brentford Card is presented when purchasing in person and your Rewards will be added automatically. If you purchase through your Online Shop account, enter the barcode number at the back of your Brentford Card when finalising your order (under summary).
Season Ticket Holders are now able to redeem their Rewards Online and at the Stadium Shop. Simply present your Brentford Card at the till at the Stadium Shop. When purchasing online, just enter your barcode number on the back of your Brentford Card before finalising your order (under Summary). It will then show your Loyalty Reward balance which can be redeemed. The number of Rewards you will collect with your new order will show above your Loyalty Reward number and ‘apply’ button.
Please note, Season Ticket Holders will only collect Rewards against the cash value of their order. Rewards can only be redeemed from previous purchases.
