Brentford FC are pleased to announce that all loyalty points accrued by Season Ticket Holders and Club Members during the 2013/14 season will be carried over into the new campaign.
When Club Members or Season Ticket Holders bought their own tickets in advance of match day for competitive First Team games, home and away, points were allocated on a game by game basis to members’ individual account.
The same will apply for competitive First Team matches in 2014/15.
Purchases over a certain amount in The Bees Superstore and the food kiosks within Griffin Park also attract loyalty points, as long as the Membership Card is provided at point of sale.
Every person who bought a ticket through the Ticket Office or online already has their own unique customer/member number.
This is to be used at all times when buying tickets.
Supporters are reminded that they only need one account on the Brentford FC ticketing website.
Existing accounts will carry purchasing history and loyalty points over to the 2014/15 season.
This number was displayed inside Season Ticket booklets last season and on the front of Club Membership Cards and will be again this season, on the reverse of Season Cards and Membership Cards
This number is required when logging in to the online ticketing website, which is the cheapest and quickest way to purchase all tickets as when purchasing online no fees or charges will be applied.

On the site, supporters can link up other friends and family to their account, so when buying online, tickets can be bought together in one transaction.
There will be the option to load a home match ticket onto Membership Cards on a game by game basis plus also a print at home option, thus allowing Bees fans to book online at home on the day of a match, subject to availability
Buying tickets on the telephone from the Ticket Office will attract a £2.50 admin fee for every booking plus a £1 postage fee, as well as any potential credit card fees
For away game this season when demand for tickets is expected to exceed supply, the criteria for purchase will be based upon the points accrued for Season Card Holders and Club Members.
The more points a supporters has, the higher up the scale they will be when games with a restricted amount availability go on sale
