Will Grigg made an instant impact after coming off the bench for MK Dons in their 5-3 win over Barnsley at Oakwell last Saturday.
The Northern Ireland international had only been on the pitch for three minutes before he robbed Lewin Nyatanga and coolly finished low under Adam Davies in the Tykes goal.
Will's goal made the scoreline 4-0 to the Dons with 20 minutes to go although a four goal spell in 11 minutes eventually saw the game end 5-3 to The Dons.
Karl Robinson's side are currently third in Sky Bet League One, four points behind leaders Bristol City, ahead of tonight's home game against Bradford City.
Will's goal on Saturday was his fourth goal in six appearances since joining MK in August.
Also in action on Saturday was Development Squad defender Alfie Mawson who played 90 minutes as Wycombe Wanderers beat Mansfield Town 2-1 to continue their fine start to the season.
Matt Rhead put Mansfield ahead after five minutes before former Bee Paul Hayes levelled things from the spot on the half hour.
The Chairboys secured the win which moved them up to fourth in the table with less than a quarter of an hour to go as Peter Murphy headed home at the back post.
Alfie and his teammates are in action tonight as they make the long trip down to the South West to face Plymouth Argyle.
