Will, on a season-long loan at Stadium:MK, scored the opener with a fine chip in The Dons 2-2 draw with Rochdale on Tuesday.
That goal was quickly cancelled out by Tom Flanagan's own goal before Dale completed the turnaround with a quarter of an hour to go through Reuben Noble-Lazarus.
Danny Green scored with six minutes remaining to ensure a share of the points that leaves MK Dons five points off top spot with two games in hand.
Will's goal was his first in eight games and his seventh of the season overall having joined Karl Robinson's side at the start of the season.
