Development Squad central defender Alfie Mawson made his debut for Luton Town on Saturday.
The 19-year-old joined the Skrill Premier club at the end of November and played for the first time in a league match away to Alfreton Town.
Alfie started in the centre of defence but had little to do as Luton raced in to a 4-0 lead inside the first 18 minutes.
He was taken off at half time with an injury as Luton ended up with a 5-0 win.
The Hatters are second in the Skrill Premier, a point behind leaders Cambridge United having played two games more.
Development Squad striker Luke Norris made a late appearance as a substitute but could not prevent Northampton Town losing their FA Cup with Budweiser Second Round tie to non-league Grimsby Town.
Luke had scored five goals in eight games for The Cobblers before Saturday but was named as a substitute for the Sky Bet League Two side against Skrill Premier Grimsby.
He came on to make his ninth appearance with five minutes remaining with Northampton a goal down.
He was, however, not able to help them back in to the game and Grimsby eventually won 2-0.
Winger Stuart Dallas is also at Northampton on loan and has scored three goals in ten games for The Cobblers.
He was not given permission by Brentford to play in the match.
Goalkeeper Jack Bonham made his sixth appearance for Calor League Premier Division side Arlesey Town on Saturday.
He kept his second clean sheet in six matches as Arlesey beat Bedford Town 3-0.
They took the lead in the first half and then scored twice in quick succession just after the hour mark to seal the win.
Arlesey are now 16th in the table, having played fewer games than most teams in the division.
Development Squad midfield player Joe Maloney made his debut for Burnham on Saturday.
Joe joined Burnham, also of the Calor League Premier Division, late last month and played as they beat Chesham United, who started the day as league leaders, on Saturday.
Joe set up the 91st minute winner as Burnham came from behind to win 2-1.
Burnham are 14th in the table.
The last of Brentford’s players in loan action on Saturday was Development Squad winger Josh Clarke.
The 19-year-old joined Skrill South Maidenhead United last week.
He came off the bench in a Skrill South game against Sutton United.
The match was level at 2-2 at half time and Sutton scored what proved to be the winner early in the second half.
Josh could not help Maidenhead back in to the game and the Berkshire side are now 21st out of 22 in the table.
Brentford have two more Development Squad players out on loan – midfield player Emmanuel Oyeleke is at Skrill Premier Aldershot Town and Aaron Pierre is at Cambridge.
Cambridge were beaten 2-0 by Sheffield United in an FA Cup with Budweiser Second Round tie but Aaron was not given permission to play.
Aldershot were not in action this weekend.
