Luke Norris played a key role as Boreham Wood picked up a win in the Blue Square Bet South on Saturday.
The Development Squad striker is on loan at the Hertfordshire side and made his sixth appearance against Eastbourne Borough.
He started up front in the match and had a chance to put Boreham Wood two up in the first half.
Luke was then fouled for a second half penalty that was dispatched to give Boreham Wood a 2-1 win.
The win leaves Boreham Wood fourth in the Blue Square Bet South table.
Alfie Mawson played for Maidenhead United as they also picked up three points in the Blue Square Bet South on Saturday.
The Development Squad central defender is on loan at the Berkshire club and made his fifth appearance in a 2-1 win against Chelmsford City.
Chelmsford went ahead through an early penalty but Maidenhead hit back and levelled just before the half hour.
Maidenhead took the points with an injury time winner and now sit ninth in the Blue Square Bet South table.
Alfie and Luke could come face-to-face on Wednesday when Boreham Wood host Maidenhead.
Development Squad defender Sam Griffiths played 90 minutes for Ryman Premier League Carshalton Athletic as they were beaten by Bognor Regis Town on Saturday.
Sam made his fourth appearance for the Surrey side on the south coast and played in the heart of defence.
Bognor Regis took the lead but Sam’s header from a corner was turned in from close range to give Carshalton an equaliser.
Brentford scholar Josh Clarke was also in the Carshalton team, starting on the right of midfield.
Josh was involved in much of Carshalton’s attacking play but conceded a penalty – described as “very weak” by Carshalton Manager Tommy Williams – that was converted to give Bognor Regis the win.
Carshalton had the ball in the net late on but the goal was rule out for offside and the Surrey side remain bottom of the Ryman Premier League.
Josh is in the second year of a two-year scholarship but qualifies for the Club’s Under-21 side due to his age and is at Carshalton on a work experience deal.
Tyrell Miller-Rodney and Sam Beale are with Northwood, of the Evo-Stick Southern League Central Division, on the same work experience basis.
Northwood were beaten 3-0 by Aylesbury in a league match on Saturday.
Aylesbury scored twice late in the first half and although Northwood had chances – both Sam and Tyrell hit the woodwork for the visitors – the killer third goal came late on.
Brentford’s final loanee in action on Saturday was Leon Legge.
The central defender signed for Gillingham on loan as the January Transfer Window opened with a view to heading to Kent permanently later in the month.
He made his second appearance for the npower League Two side against relegation-threatened Bristol Rovers.
Gillingham scored an early goal and then added one late in the first half as they took the [points with a 2-0 win.
Leon helped them keep the second clean sheet in two games of his loan spell, The Gills had conceded in each of their previous eight games before his arrival.
The Gills top of League Two, two points ahead of Port Vale and welcome Vale to Kent next Saturday.
