Sam Saunders, Nico Yennaris and Alfie Mawson played 90 minutes as Wycombe Wanderers secured a hard-fought win over promotion rivals Shrewsbury Town at Adams Park.
The match was decided in the first minute as Yennaris' cross was headed home by Sam Wood, one of seven former or current Bees who started for The Chairboys.
Shrewsbury pilled forward late on looking for the equaliser but Alfie and the rest of the Wycombe defence held firm to secure a 13th clean sheet of the season.
