There will be at least three Brentford representatives at Wembley for this season's Football League Play-Off finals after Wycombe Wanderers beat Plymouth Argyle 5-3 on aggregate.
Leading 3-2 from the first-leg down in the South West The Chairboys extended their advantage midway through the first-half as Sam Saunders free-kick was headed back across goal by Alfie Mawson and former Bee Paul Hayes hooked home.
Brentford loanee Mawson then added a second on the half-hour as he powered home another Saunders corner at the near post.
Plymouth had scored twice late on in the first-tie and they threatened another comeback when Ryan Brunt flicked home with 20 minutes to play.
However the hosts held on to set up a Play-Off final against Southend United on Saturday May 23rd at Wembley Stadium.
