"Our aim is to raise awareness and reduce the stigma around Mental Health issues, by promoting both physical exercise and social activities" Michelle Nielsen from West London Mental Health Trust.
"Keeping physically healthy and having a chat or a laugh with friends are two great ways to positively affect our mental health. If this event helps people recognise the benefits of physical exercise and enjoying the company of friends, we will have gone a long way to achieving our aim" Peter Shears, Brentford FC Community Sports Trust.
