The game is the first of three for Martin O'Neill's men this summer. After their trip to Glasgow, the Boys in Green head to the Stade De France to face France on Monday 28 May, kick-off 9pm, before returning to the Aviva Stadium for a game against the USA on Saturday 2 June, kick-off 8pm.
The squad for the games against France and the USA have not been confirmed yet meaning there is every chance both John and Alan, who are on the provisional list, can add to their international cap tally, which currently stands at two apiece.
