In the latest edition of Bees Review - Brentford's matchday programme - Jake Bidwell said that he feels he needs to add more to his game in terms of goals and assists.
Jake’s target was three goals this season, but now there’s reason to believe he can push past that digit. After all, The Bees captain is not totally happy with the Mr Consistency tag sometimes levelled at him.
“I want to be reliable and I don’t want to let people down, but that’s the baseline,” said Jake. “I can’t rely on it alone and I need to add things to my game, scoring and assisting goals – that makes a good full-back.”
