Michael Kayode scored on his senior international debut as Italy recorded an emphatic 4-1 Nations League victory over Turkey on Monday evening.
The Brentford full-back started in Bursa and found the net after 27 minutes as Roberto Mancini's side secured their first win of the campaign.
Kayode had already played a part in Italy's second goal five minutes earlier, with Davide Frattesi reacting quickest after the Bees defender's effort was saved by Altay Bayındır.
The 22-year-old then opened his international account when he finished Pio Esposito's pass to put the visitors 3-0 ahead inside half an hour.
Kayode completed the full 90 minutes as Italy saw out the victory, with Alessandro Bastoni and Pio Esposito also on the scoresheet.
Elsewhere in the Nations League, Hákon Valdimarsson kept a clean sheet as Iceland recorded a convincing 3-0 victory away to Luxembourg.
Andri Guðjohnsen and Orri Óskarsson put Iceland two goals ahead before the interval, with Victor Pálsson completing the scoring in the second half.
Valdimarsson played the full game as Iceland restricted their hosts to just one shot on target.
Aaron Hickey was an unused substitute as Scotland suffered a 3-0 defeat to Switzerland at Hampden Park.
