Brentford’s Sky Bet Championship game against Hull City on Tuesday 8 March may have to be rearranged. Hull are still in the Emirates FA Cup and are currently in discussions with the Football Association and Arsenal with regards to a date for a Fifth Round Replay. Those discussions should be concluded shortly.
Both teams currently have games on the scheduled replay week – Arsenal play Swansea City on Wednesday 2 March and Hull travel to Birmingham City on Thursday 3 March – which may mean the replay must be played the following week. If Hull play Arsenal in the week commencing Monday 7 March Brentford’s match against The Tigers will be moved. Brentford FC hopes to be able to inform fans of any rearrangement in the next 24 hours.
