Brentford striker Will Grigg has been called up to the Northern Ireland squad for two World Cup qualifiers later this month.
Northern Ireland play Azerbaijan away from home next Friday, October 11, and then travel to Israel for another match on Tuesday October 15.
They are the final two qualifiers for Northern Ireland in European Qualifying Group F.
Northern Ireland are fourth in the group having won one and drawn three of their eight games.
They are behind Russia, Portugal and Israel in the standings and are likely to finish fourth at best.
Will is set to join up with the squad on Monday, October 7, after Brentford’s Sky Bet League One match against Rotherham United on Saturday, October 5.
He will be available for the qualifier against Azerbaijan in Baku – a match scheduled to kick-off at 5pm BST – and then for the fixture against Israel in Tel Aviv – a match scheduled to kick-off at 6.15pm BST.
He will return in time for Brentford’s game against Colchester United on Saturday October 19 but will miss the League One game against Stevenage on October 12 and the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy tie against Peterborough United on Tuesday, October 8.
Will, who joined The Bees this summer after leaving Walsall, has made four appearances for Northern Ireland, two of which have been since arriving at Griffin Park.
He has also played for Northern Ireland at Under-19 and Under-21 level.
He is one of five strikers selected in the Northern Ireland squad for the upcoming matches.
