Brentford FC have today submitted and published their annual Gender Pay Gap report.
The gender pay gap is the difference between the average earnings of men and women across a workforce.
The report covers information up to April 2021 and provides an explanation of the Club’s figures, its approach to recruitment and its inclusion policies.
