Brentford FC Futsal Club return to action on Wednesday at The Copper Box in a West London derby double bill against Chelsea. The Bees travel to The Olympic Park knowing this is a crucial fixture for both the ‘A’ and ‘B’ team’s as they hope to put themselves in a strong position for the second half of the season.
With the top 3 teams in each division qualifying for the end of season national playoffs, the ‘A’ team have played a game more than Chelsea but know a win can take out that advantage. Brentford are the second highest scorers in South East League 1 so will go into the game full of confidence and will be at full strength.
The Futsal Bees ‘B’ team could go top if results go their way in South East League 2 against Chelsea ‘B’. Having scored 47 goals in their 6 games to date with Kyle O’Neill leading the division with 13 goals and team mate Humzah Karim on 9 goals. Chelsea however, have a goal threat in Ted Jones who has netted 7 times this season.
Both team’s from Brentford have trained well since the break and will hope to bring the confidence from the practice court to The Copper Box Arena.

BFC Futsal Club - BTEC Open Evening
Brentford FC Futsal Club will be holding an Open Evening at Griffin Park on Thursday 25th February. It will be a chance to hear about the Futsal BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Sport which is delivered in conjunction with a training and match programme. It also gives students a chance to represent Brentford FC in The Football League Trust Futsal League.
