The Brentford FC Community Sports Trust Paddle Brentford Freesport Summer Programme 2015 starts tonight.
Paddle Brentford has joined force with the Mayor of London to offer free paddling sessions to people in the local community aged 11 to 25.
If you are interested in trying out kayaking, canoeing and stand-up paddle boarding at Brentford Lock then this is your chance.
The Trust are running free three-session courses on either Wednesday or Thursday evenings throughout August, starting this evening.
Stand-up paddle boarding is one of the fastest growing outdoor activities in the world with 60 per cent of paddle boarders taking up the sport in the last two years.
The dates and times for the Summer Programme are: Paddle Brentford Freesport Wednesdays 18.30 to 20.30 12, 19, and 26 August
Paddle Brentford Freesport Thursdays 18.30 to 20.30 13, 20, and 27 August
All sessions will be held at: Brentford Lock Commerce Road Brentford TW8 8GA
