I would like to take this opportunity to wish all Brentford fans a very Happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
I have only been at the Club for a short time but I have immediately seen what a great place it is.
You, the supporters, are a tremendous asset.
In two games I have seen the backing given to the team to secure a last minute win against Oldham Athletic and then the great numbers that travelled a long distance just before Christmas to see a brilliant win.
A lot of clubs talk about the unity from top to bottom but I have seen it at Brentford.
It is also a real family club and I look forward to getting to know more about The Bees as time goes on.
I believe 2014 will be an exciting time to be a Brentford fan, I hope to play my part in it and I know Manager Mark Warburton, Assistant Manager David Weir, all the players and staff from First Team to Academy to administration are pulling in the same direction.
I hope the fans will be a big part of that.
