The Young Lions will head to the prestigious annual competition next week with a squad from a mixture of age groups, ranging from this season’s U18s, U19s and U20s.
England will play their first game on Monday 29 May against Angola in Aubagne before the first-ever international meeting with Cuba takes place in Salon de Provence three days later.
The group stage is rounded off on Sunday 4 June when England return to Aubagne for their clash with Japan and hopefully progression to the semi-finals.
17-year-old Ellery has earned three caps at Under-18 level, the most recent of them coming against Saudi Arabia in March. This season also saw Ellery's first involvement in a Brentford matchday squad as he was named on the bench for our West London derby against Fulham in November.
