Brentford Manager Mark Warburton and striker Andre Gray have received special recognition after a memorable week for The Bees.
Andre scored twice and set up the other – officially a Danny Shittu own goal although Harlee Dean is trying to claim it – as The Bees won 3-2 at Millwall on Saturday.
It was their second away win in three days after a 3-1 victory at Nottingham Forest on Wednesday night.
Andre scored one and was fouled for a penalty converted by Alex Pritchard in that victory, which followed hot on the heels of a home win against Derby County where the striker scored the leveller.
The striker’s performances were enough to earn him a place in the Football League Team of the Week.
And Brentford boss Mark Warburton was named as the best manager in the league for the same period.
The team, published on the Football League website, is drawn from the performances over the previous seven days in all three Sky Bet Football League divisions so the wins at Forest and Millwall are included.
Andre was selected alongside Britt Assombalonga, of Forest, and Johnny Russell, of Derby, in attack.
It is only the third time this season Brentford have had players in the Football League Team of the Week.
Jake Bidwell was selected after setting up two goals as The Bees beat Brighton and Hove Albion 3-2 in September and Jonathan Douglas was named after scoring twice in a week, against Watford and Leeds United, just over a month ago.
