Lee Carsley's side head to Central Bedfordshire off the back of a 2-1 victory over Hampton and Richmond Borough last week thanks to goals from Jan Holldack and Aaron Greene.
The Bees face the Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division side at their Second Meadow ground, kick off 3pm.

This afternoon's match continues The Bees' build-up to the new Under-21 Professional Development League Two South season which begins next month.
Lee's side finished eighth in the league last year and will be looking to better that finish this season.
Today's opponents Biggleswade United, who have Sky Sports Presenter and Spanish Football expert Guillem Balague as Director of Football, finished 13th in the South Midlands Premier Division last season.
