The first fixture of the 2013/14 pre-season programme for Brentford’s Development Squad has been confirmed.
The 2012/13 campaign was a successful one for the Club’s Under-21 side.
They finished fourth in the Under-21 Professional Development League Two South standings and reached the final of the Middlesex County Senior Charity Cup, which supports the charity Help for Heroes.
The first pre-season friendly has been confirmed and The Bees will take on Histon, who finished just outside the Blue Square Bet North relegation zone this season.
They will travel to Cambridgeshire on Tuesday July 16 for a match that will be played at Histon’s Glass World Stadium.
More details of the 2013/14 pre-season campaign will follow in due course.
