They kick off their competitive season away to Millwall this Saturday, kick-off 11am.
It will be the first time Brentford have fielded three senior sides on a Saturday since 1967.
The leagues are divided based on a club’s EPPP category, and Brentford will face fellow Category Two clubs Swansea City, QPR, Cardiff, Colchester United, Ipswich Town, Millwall, Bristol City, Charlton Athletic, Brighton and Hove Albion and Barnet.
Home games will be played at Griffin Park and the Jersey Road training ground.
Clubs are restricted to three outfield players over the age of 21 and one over-21 goalkeeper per match.
Admission prices for games at Griffin Park have yet to be decided.
Prior to Saturday’s game with Millwall, Brentford play Belgian side Royal Boussu Dour Borinage at the training ground in Jersey Road, Osterley, on Wednesday – kick off 5pm.
