Brentford’s away npower League One match against Crewe Alexandra has been rearranged for Tuesday April 9.
The Bees were due to travel to Cheshire on Saturday February 16 but the match has been postponed due to Brentford’s FA Cup with Budweiser Fourth Round Replay against Chelsea, which will be played on Sunday February 17.
Uwe Rösler’s side will now travel to The Alexandra Stadium, better known to many as Gresty Road, on April 9 for a match that will kick off at 7.45pm.
However, this date is two days after the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy Final, which will be played at Wembley Stadium on Sunday April 7.
Crewe will play Coventry City home and away in the Northern Section Final next month, the first leg will be played at Coventry on February 5 and the second leg at Crewe later in the month.
Should Crewe progress to the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy Final, Brentford’s match at The Alexandra Stadium will move to Tuesday April 16 and again kick off at 7.45pm
