A documentary, Mighty Penguins, has been produced about Brentford Penguins FC, a Down's Syndrome children's football team in west London led by former Bees player Allan Cockram.

The documentary is set to premiere at the Tribeca Festival in New York on 10 June.

The film is part of a wider series called Sports Explains the World, executive produced by John Skipper.

The film follows the Brentford Penguins and features their appearance at Brentford's Premier League fixture against Leicester in March when they formed a guard of honour for the first-team players.

The story looks at the life of children with Down's Syndrome children, showing how the Brentford Penguins is a community built around football.

Allan Cockram leads the team to build their own support system as they show how football can make a difference to the lives of so many.
