Soon we’ll be asking you to reset your current Brentford FC ticketing password in order to register for the new single sign-on.
A single sign-on solution will mean you only have to log in once, with the same details for ticketing, video, Bees Store, the predictor and the Brentford FC App. All your details and communication preferences will be managed in one place. In order to register for this, and take full advantage of everything the new website has to offer, all fans will be required to reset their current ticketing account password. Please rest assured that during this process the security of your data will not be impacted.
This is one-off action and from there onwards you will be able to log in as usual.
This email will come from [email protected], so please check your inbox and your junk folder on Wednesday 20 July when your password reset email will be sent.
In order to move users to the platform, new registrations on the Shop and Ticketing websites will be suspended between Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th of July. Only those fans with an existing Ticketing login will be able to access their account and make ticket purchases throughout this period. On shop.brentfordfc.com fans won’t be able to log into their accounts, but will be able to make purchases via the guest checkout across the two days.
