Brentford Football Club has been contacted about an incident at the Sky Bet Championship match against Hull City. A Brentford supporter has been arrested after an allegation was made that racist language was used at the match. The Football Association has made contact with the Club about the allegation and Brentford FC is helping both the FA and the police with investigations in to the incident.
Brentford FC is very proud of its fans and is thankful for the wonderful support received by the players up and down the country. However, the Club would like to reiterate how seriously all allegations of this nature are treated and that it condemns in the strongest possible terms any behaviour of this kind. There will be severe sanctions for anyone caught and identified.
