The club are part of the Football League Interactive (FLi) agreement that stretches across 86 clubs around the country.
Sapient Nitro are entirely responsible for the technical infrastructure, design, usability and accessibility of all those websites in the group, including ours.
We recognise that there have been issues since launch - mostly beyond the club’s control - that have affected not only us, but all in the FLi agreement.
Feedback on the website is very important to us, and we would like supporters to contact us via [email protected] with their views, which the club will pass on to FLi.
A “mobile” version of the official website will appear in September, and it is hoped that those visiting the website via portable methods (mobile, tablet, etc) will have their viewing experience significantly enhanced from that time.
Live Match Centre
A Live Match Centre will appear on the home page sixty minutes before kick off during the match, and sixty minutes after kick off.
This will provide live sports data - during this period the Live Match Centre will replace the carousel on the homepage.
Speed
Work is continuing by Sapient Nitro to improve speed and remains a high priority for the club, Sapient and FLi.
Mobile Apps
Football League interactive has issued the following statement on apps for Apple and Android:
“We are still chasing Apple in regards to the FL app update and have requested high priority approval for our update and have called their iTunes staff in the UK and California. However we believe the Android update will be released end of this week.”
