We’re pleased to confirm that Club Members can now earn Loyalty Rewards on their retail purchases within the Stadium and Online Shops. Season Ticket Holders have already started to collect and redeem these on retail items, and we wanted to extend this benefit to our Club Members. For every £1 a Club Member spends in the Stadium or Online Shop, they’ll earn three Rewards. Each Reward is worth one pence when redeemed.
As a Club Member all you need to do is ensure your Brentford Card is presented when purchasing in person and your Rewards will be added automatically. If you purchase through your Online Shop account, enter the barcode number at the back of your Brentford Card when finalising your order (under summary). The number of Rewards you will collect with your new order will show above your Loyalty Reward number and ‘apply’ button.
To redeem your Rewards at the Stadium Shop simply present your Brentford Card at the till and we’ll do the rest. When purchasing online, just enter your barcode number on the back of your Brentford Card before finalising your order (under Summary). It will then show your Loyalty Reward balance which can be redeemed for the full cost or just part of the cost.
Please note, Season Ticket Holders and Club Members will only collect Rewards against the cash value of their order. Rewards can only be redeemed from previous purchases.
Loyalty Rewards Terms and Conditions apply. Season Ticket Holders will continue to earn ten rewards for every pound spent.
