The Bees opponents, who play in the Southern Premier League, three divisions above Craig Brown's side, raced into a 4-0 lead by the interval. Jodie Reid pulled one for Brenford after the break but Ascot added five more to run out easy winners.
Brentford Women's FC face another tough test next Sunday as they host Chesham United, who play in the same division as Ascot, in the First Round Qualifying of the SSE Women's FA Cup at Lampton School, kick-off 2pm.
