Brentford’s Women got back to winning ways with a comfortable cup win on Sunday.
The Bees exited the FA Women’s Cup at the Second Qualifying Round stage last week, beaten by Long Lane, but progressed in the Capital Women's Intermediate Cup on Sunday, October 19.
They beat Enfield Town Reserves 8-2 despite falling behind.
Enfield struck first but Dana Johnson and Ashley Cheatley scored to turn the game around and put The Bees in front.
Johnson, Lavana Neufville and Cheatley all found the net before half time as Brentford turned a 1-0 deficit in to a 5-1 lead by the break.
Enfield pulled a goal back but Cheatley completed her hat-trick and there were goals for Vicky James and Lucy Easton as Brentford made it 8-2 and booked a place in the next round.
