Premier League side Crystal Palace have been added to the list of Brentford's pre-season friendlies as Mark Warburton’s side prepares for the 2014/2015 Championship season.
The Bees will entertain The Eagles at Griffin Park, managed by Tony Pulis, on Saturday August 2, kick-off 3pm.
Palace return to England that week after a three-match American tour against Columbus Crew, Philadelphia Union and Richmond Kickers.
It is likely that this game will be Brentford's final warm-up match before the season proper starts on August 9.
Crystal Palace finished 11th in the Barclays Premier League last season.
Their last visit to Griffin Park was in 2010 - also for a friendly match - which ended in a 1-1 draw.
Among the Crystal Palace playing staff is former goalkeeper Lewis Price, who played 13 games for The Bees in League One in 2009/2010 on loan from Derby County.
Keith Millen, Assistant to Tony Pulis, played 305 league games for Brentford between 1984 and 1993.
