After finishing fifth in their first season back in the Sky Bet Championship The Bees are one of 36 seeded teams in the First Round draw.
Those 36 teams will be split once more into two further groups, based on a North/South split ahead of the draw, as will the 36 unseeded teams.
Brentford's First Round opponents will come from the unseeded half of the draw meaning Barnet, Dagenham & Redbridge, Leyton Orient, Luton Town, Portsmouth and Wycombe Wanderers are all potential opponents.

The Bees made history in the Capital One Cup last season as their 6-6 draw with Dagenham and Redbridge set a new record for the number of goals scored in a League Cup tie.
After winning 4-2 on penalties in East London Brentford were then knocked out at home to Fulham after a 1-0 defeat at Griffin Park.
The draw for this season's Capital One Cup First Round will be announced at 10am on Tuesday 16 June.
That will be followed less than 24 hours later by the release of the Sky Bet Championship 2015/16 fixtures.
The first place to see all Brentford’s fixtures will be on www.brentfordfc.co.uk.
