Brentford Football Club has been made aware of an issue concerning supporters’ purchase of tickets via Ticket Zone, the Club’s ticketing partner for the npower League One Play-Off Final.
It has been brought to the Club’s attention that some supporters who bought online from Ticket Zone have had attempts to fraudulently use their credit card or debit card details.
Some of these attempts have been successful and the Club knows of supporters now in discussion with their bank or credit card supplier to reclaim their money.
The Club has been in discussion with Ticket Zone since the problem came to light and since hearing news of a similar issue involving fans of Bradford City, who are also partnered with Ticket Zone for their League Two Play-Off Final.
As of 9pm this evening, Wednesday May 15, Ticket Zone has only received complaints from two Brentford fans who believe use of the online Play-Off Final ticket purchase system has exposed them to fraud.

Discussions with Ticket Zone will continue over the next 24 hours and the Club will issue further statements when possible.
