Bradley Wright-Phillips’ Man of the Match performance in the 3-2 win over Portsmouth earned him special recognition.
The Bees came from behind and scored twice in 90 seconds late on as they took the points.
Bradley put The Bees ahead in the first half and equalised after Portsmouth had scored twice.
He then set up Clayton Donaldson for the winning goal that sent Griffin Park in to raptures.
It kept The Bees third in npower League One and means they will be promoted if they win their final three league games.
Bradley’s performances saw him named as Man of the Match at Griffin Park on Saturday and he was also selected in the npower League One Team of the Week, announced this morning.
He was named as one of two strikers along with Brett Pitman of AFC Bournemouth, who scored twice as the South Coast side won 3-0 against Shrewsbury Town.
Bournemouth and Hartlepool United supplied two players each for the team while the others were drawn from Crawley Town, Leyton Orient, Notts County, Preston North End, Sheffield United and Yeovil Town.

Bradley is the tenth Brentford player to be named in the npower League One Team of the Week this season.
Clayton Donaldson has been selected four times - firstly after scoring a brace in the win over Crewe Alexandra in August, also after netting two in the 2-1 victory over Crawley and then after scoring two more in a 3-2 win over MK Dons in December.
His last selection was for scoring two in a 2-0 win over Oldham Athletic in January.
Farid El Alagui, Harry Forrester, Shaleum Logan and Simon Moore have each been named twice.
Farid after the wins over against Colchester in September and Crewe in August, Shaleum for his performance in the 1-1 draw with Scunthorpe in October and the January win at Oldham and Simon was selected for his roles in the home and away wins over Oldham.
Harry chosen after scoring one and setting up another as The Bees beat MK Dons in December and after last month’s win over Scunthorpe United.
Four other Brentford players have received Team of the Week accolades once – Paul Hayes was named after scoring two in a draw against Hartlepool, Adam Forshaw was given special recognition for his performance in the win against Notts County and Jonathan Douglas was selected the 0-0 draw with Walsall in February.
The last to be selected was Toumani Diagouraga, who was named in the team after the Easter weekend games – a 2-1 win over Notts County and a 2-0 defeat to Milton Keynes Dons.
