Three Brentford players have received special recognition after the 2-0 victory away to Oldham Athletic on Saturday.
Clayton Donaldson scored twice – heading home a Harry Forrester cross in the first half and finishing low after picking up a Sam Saunders pass late on – as Brentford picked up the win.
It took them to third in the npower League One table and extended their unbeaten league run to 13 games.
The Bees have lost just once in 18 in all competitions, to Southend in a Johnstone’s Paint Trophy tie last month.
Striker Clayton, goalkeeper Simon Moore and right back Shaleum Logan were all named in the League One Team of the Week, announced this morning.
Clayton was named alongside Yeovil Town’s Paddy Madden, who scored twice as the Somerset side beat Sheffield United, in attack while Shaleum was part of a defence that also included Andy Butler, of Walsall, Danny Livesey, of Carlisle United, and Zoumana Bakayogo, of Tranmere Rovers.
Yeovil, like Brentford, had three players in the team while AFC Bournemouth, Scunthorpe United and the aforementioned Carlisle, Tranmere and Walsall had one each.

Clayton is starting to become a regular in the npower League One Team of the Week, this is his fourth nomination – he was also named after scoring a brace in the win over Crewe Alexandra in August, also after netting two in the 2-1 victory over Crawley Town and then after scoring two more in a 3-2 win over Milton Keynes Dons last month.
It is also the second time in the team for Brentford’s other nominees – Shaleum was named in the line-up after the 1-1 draw with Scunthorpe and Simon was selected for his role in the home win over Oldham in September.
Four other Brentford players have received Team of the Week accolades - Paul Hayes was named after scoring two in a draw against Hartlepool United, Harry Forrester, like Clayton, was selected in the team after the win over MK Dons and Adam Forshaw was given special recognition for his performance in the win against Notts County last month.
Farid El Alagui has been named twice, after the wins against Colchester United in September and Crewe in August.
