The Bees Travel Club, which organises away coach travel for Brentford fans, whilst operated in close liaison with the Ticket Office, is run totally independent, both financially and administratively, of the Club and is financially dependent on numbers travelling. Therefore to avoid disappointment, particularly when purchasing match tickets, it is imperative that coach bookings are made well in advance of the date of the match itself.
Early bookings and applications to travel will enable additional coach/es to be booked if required, reducing the financial obligation on the Bees Travel Club. Whilst those supporters making a late decision to travel by coach, run the risk of disappointment.
In respect of the next three away matches, supporters intending to travel by coach are asked to confirm their intentions by the following dates whenever possible so that a decision can then be made on possible additional coach/es. Bookings will be accepted after these dates dependent on seat availability.
