Brentford will play Bradford City away from home in the FA Cup with Budweiser Second Round.
The npower League Two side, who are also still in the Capital One Cup and the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy, booked their place in the Second Round by beating Northampton Town in a First Round Replay this evening.
The Bantams, who are fourth in League Two, took the lead in the first half of the replay, necessary after the first game ended 1-1, but Northampton equalised.
Bradford looked as if they had won it when they took the lead in the last minute but Northampton equalised in stoppage time to take it to an additional 30 minutes.
Bradford ended the game with ten as centre half James Meredith limped off after they had used all their substitutes and Northampton seemed to have booked their place in the Second Round when they took the lead for the first time in the tie with 11 minutes remaining.
But Bradford equalised in stoppage time at the end of extra time and won the penalty shoot-out 4-2 despite missing their first.
Brentford will head to Yorkshire on the weekend of December 1 and 2 for the tie.
