There are more than 200 Young Carers who live in and around Brentford; local under 18s who look after someone in their family by taking on practical and often emotional caring responsibilities normally expected of an adult. 68% of young carers are bullied in schools, with many becoming isolated as a result of the consuming nature of their role.
Local Young Carer, Keishana, spoke to us at Griffin Park about her life and looking after her brother.

A portion of every Bees 50/50 ticket bought this December will go towards the Ealing Young Carers Project and their Christmas Party, supported by our own BFCCST. Lottery tickets cost £2 and can be bought at the ground from sellers on matchday or online.
